JULIE
Owner, Director and Hosting Manager
Julie started BeeNbeez Professional Property Hosts after almost 20 years’ experience in property. Julie owns and manages a property construction and rental company. She has designed, decorated, staged and leased some 20 dwellings over NSW. She has extensive experience in managing properties and understands the value of rent being paid on time, the importance of maintenance and cleaning and the relief of securing tenants who do not own pets and do not party. Julie has travelled extensively helping her to understand the needs and desires of guests. She is passionate about her properties being kept in pristine condition and always being spotlessly clean. Julie loves staying in private properties as she believes they offer a unique and special experience.
KENNETH
Maintenance Manager
Kenneth is our maintenance man. He has too many skills to mention and can fix anything. He will always be on-hand to attend to the smallest detail and will keep your property in perfect condition at all times. If you have a yard or garden he will mow, weed, fertilise, prune and generally keep the outside areas looking well-groomed and loved. Ken has had his own cleaning and yard maintenance business and has had many years of experience in this area.
Guests will be given Kenneth’s number in the unlikely event Julie cannot be reached.
ADRIANA
Quality Manager
Adriana manages our professional cleaners and ensures they are complying with our very strict standards. She also assists with staging, meet and greet, and is very good at screening guests. Guests will also be given Adriana’s number.
